What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit for most models. Wholesale pricing applies from 2 units, with tiered discounts for 5+, 10+ and full-container orders.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard models ship in 25–35 days after deposit. Custom OEM/ODM projects typically take 35–45 days depending on specification.
How do you ship, and what are the terms?
We ship worldwide by sea freight with FOB, CIF and DDP options. Main loading ports are in southern China; we prepare full export documentation.
How is the dome installed?
Every dome is modular: 2–3 people can complete installation in 1–2 days following our illustrated manual and video guide. On-site engineer support is available for resort-scale projects.
What warranty do you offer?
Up to 10 years on the structure. Panels and accessories carry 3–5 year warranties. Spare parts are stocked for every model we ship.
Can you customize size, color and layout?
Yes. Diameters from 2.8 m to 7.35 m, panel tints including crystal clear and plum, custom logos, flooring, curtains, bathroom modules and full OEM/ODM layouts.
Will it survive extreme weather?
Moonseek domes are rated for wind forces 11–12 and snow loads of 0.5 kN/m². Frames are 6063-T5 aluminum with UV-protected, B1 flame-retardant panels.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment. LC is available for established buyers.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — visits are welcome by appointment. Virtual factory tours and live video inspections are available for remote buyers.
What maintenance does a dome need?
Minimal: rinse panels seasonally, check sealant annually. We provide a maintenance schedule and lifetime technical support with every order.
